This summer, I took a short vacation to New York! I first went upstate to Saratoga Springs and then I took the train down to the city. The cool weather felt so good compared to the hot sticky weather that we have had all summer in Dallas. Between Saratoga's idyllic town setting and all the sights to see in the city, I just can't wait to go back! A few pictures from my trip:

Yellow Shoes

I am loving menswear inspired shoes right now (oxfords, anyone?) and I found/fell in love with these yellow peeptoes at Anthropologie (on sale!) earlier this summer. I love the playful tassles and the rich buttery yellow that can easily transition into the fall seaon.
