undoing

habits; an unconventional breakfast

I used to eat cereal for breakfast every morning, until about 6 months ago when I started changing my habits. including a bit of protein and fat into my breakfast has helped my energy levels and helps me crave less carbs throughout the day. avocado on toast or ricecake is my recent breakfast favorite, so easy and tasty
