This morning I had a great run, my best feeling run in a long time.  If you had asked me before if I thought I would have a great run, no way would have been my answer; I slept weird, it was early, there were a million excuses running through my head. But, I got out there and it felt amazing. 2.2 mi, bodypump, 2.2 mi, home. 

by 8am. 

if I can do it, you definitely can.

I have been running a 5 mile loop almost every morning this summer.  its around the charles and I take in the scenery as I go.  I always feel so proud at the end because not so long ago, I could barely run 2 miles. Still the running is never easy, but it is so worth it and I always feel great after.
